a mod aiming at expanding and padding out vanilla's content to give a truly full adventuring experience without subtracting from vanilla design principles.
made with love by ENNWAY!
presently, FARWORLD adds a few things, listed below:
accessories! items that can be applied to your armor by right-clicking. some armor types have more accessory slots than others, which can be controlled using item tags!
the Bystone! a new dimension accessible pre-Nether which contains various fun goodies, friends and foes to meet.
an extended tool progression, with bow and crossbow upgrades, new armor, tools, weapons and repair options!
FARWORLD also makes a few miscellaneous noteworthy additions that don't require as much explanation:
the Bloomed, a new passive spider variant with a flower on its abdomen that can be tamed using potatoes. taming one will earn you the trust of other arthropods, making them neutral!
the Allsaw, a multitool found in the depths of the stronghold - unable to mine most ores but capable of excavating most fodder blocks. right clicking using the Allsaw will switch to precision mode, which enables silk touch at the cost of losing some mining speed.
the Wishbone, a fragile new trinket you can find in various overworld structures. it can be used to teleport to your spawn point - but beware, once you have used it, it will break! it can be repaired using an experience bottle, or enchanted with Mending.
birch trees will now drop pears, which can be made into Mystic Pears using lapis lazuli, granting you with increased haste and speed.
cherry trees will drop cherries, a quick snack which can be eaten even at full hunger and grants healing, but only stacks up to 16.
a new mushroom has been added to dark oak forests, the Gloomcap - which drops Gloomspores to be used at a brewing stand to make potions of paralysis! these potions contain fast-acting venom that renders you (or enemies splashed with it) immobile for a very short period.
late-game materials such as netherite will now have new particle and sound effects when landing critical strikes.
